General enquiries: [email protected] (replaces [email protected])
Newsletters and updates, including Funder Five for Friday and Member Memo: [email protected] (replaces [email protected])
Individual staff emails: our individual addresses will also change to [[email protected]]
Members of our team will also have new Funders Together email addresses. Their old addresses will continue to forward, so you can keep using them for now.
What isn't changing
London Funders continues as the membership network for funders investing in London.
You'll keep:
your membership and its benefits
our events, networks and peer learning
the same newsletters and updates, from a new address
the team you already work with
You don't need to resubscribe or update your details.
What we ask you to do
A few small steps will make sure our emails keep reaching you.
Add our new addresses to your contacts. Add [email protected] and [email protected] to your contacts or safe senders list. In most email apps, open one of our emails and choose "Add to contacts" or "Add to safe senders".
Let your IT team know. If your organisation filters email centrally, ask your IT team to allow emails from funders-together.org.uk.
Check your spam folder. If you haven't heard from us by Wednesday 21 October, look in your spam or junk folder and mark our email as "not spam".
Key dates
Monday 12 October: we email you about the change from our current address
Monday 19 October: our first email from [email protected]
Wednesday 28 October: our new email addresses go live
Monday 2 November: our regular newsletters return, from the new address
We're pausing our regular newsletters, including Funder Five for Friday, from 12 October until November while we make the switch.
Why we're making this change
London Funders is part of Funders Together, a national infrastructure organisation working with funders across the UK. Bringing our email addresses together means enquiries reach the right person more quickly, and we can respond more reliably.
London Funders remains the home for our work with funders in London.

Will I still hear from London Funders?
Yes. You'll receive the same newsletters and updates about London Funders' work. They'll come from [email protected].
Does this change my membership?
No. Your membership and its benefits continue as before.
What happens if I email an old address?
Your email will still reach us. We'll reply from our new address.
Do I need to resubscribe to your newsletters?
No. You'll stay on the same lists. Just add our new address to your contacts.
Is my data being handled differently?
