Westminster Grants Manager - The Westminster Foundation

Salary: £47,000 - £52,000

Contract: Full-time, permanent

Deadline: 7th September 2025

The Westminster Foundation is looking for a Westminster Grants Manager to join us in creating lasting change for children and young people.

The Westminster Foundation provides long-term, sustainable support to vulnerable children, young people, and their families.

Primarily a place-based funder in Westminster, Chester, Lancashire and Sutherland, we build meaningful partnerships with local charities rooted in their communities. Our focus is early intervention, identifying and addressing risks before they escalate, so children and young people get the support they need at the moments it matters most.

Our work goes beyond funding. We work alongside our partners to strengthen their organisations, encourage collaboration, and address the systemic conditions that hold deep-rooted problems in place. We amplify young people’s voices and listen closely to those on the frontlines, ensuring our work stays grounded, responsive, and impactful.

We are proud to serve as the primary charitable vehicle for the Duke of Westminster and Grosvenor businesses, uniting resources, relationships, and shared purpose to build brighter futures.

What we are looking for:

We are seeking a passionate and strategic Westminster Grants Manager to lead our grant-making in Westminster. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives on building relationships, shaping impactful funding portfolios, and championing the voices of children and young people. You will:

  • Lead the implementation of our grant-making strategy in Westminster.
  • Build and manage a dynamic portfolio of grants aligned with our strategic priorities.
  • Identify and support charity partners delivering meaningful change.
  • Collaborate across sectors to influence local and national conversations.
  • Be a thought leader in the philanthropic landscape, driving innovation and systemic change.

This role offers the chance to work at the intersection of strategy, community engagement, and impact measurement—making a tangible difference in the lives of young people.

What we offer you:

  • Purposeful Work: manage a portfolio that contributes to long-term change for children and young people.
  • Collaborative Culture: Join a team that values integrity, trust, and respect.
  • Innovation & Influence: Be part of a foundation that’s reshaping how we can support communities.
  • Youth-Centred: Help embed youth voice at the heart of our decision-making.
  • Excellent benefits: Along with a competitive salary, you will also receive a range of benefits including a generous non-contributory pension, life assurance, 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, company sick pay, and other benefits and discounts via our employee benefits platform.

This role is hybrid, and based at our Grosvenor Street Head Office, London W1K, with a requirement for occasional travel within the UK.

To apply for this role, please click here, Grosvenor Careers (myworkdayjobs.com) and upload your CV.

We believe that our success is dependent on attracting, developing and retaining talented people who share and believe in our values. To help us do so, we are committed to building an inclusive culture which attracts people from all parts of society, proactively broadening our appeal to its underrepresented parts.
