City Bridge Foundation is seeking an experienced and collaborative Programme and Partnerships Manager to join their Funding Team, with a primary focus on the Propel programme.
This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a bold, long-term funding initiative designed to support systems change across London’s civil society.
Over ten years (2022–2032), Propel will provide flexibility and capacity to organisations led by and for communities experiencing structural inequality, enabling them to lead collaborative efforts to tackle some of London’s biggest challenges.
Propel is delivered in partnership with Collaboration Circle, and this role will work closely with their team, equity partners and other funders to support relational grant management and shared learning.
You will manage a portfolio of Propel grants, working in partnership with Collaboration Circle to assess long-term grants applications, offering non-financial support to funded organisations, and contribute to learning and development across the Propel programme. The role will involve deep engagement with organisations leading systems change work, many of which are led by and for the communities they serve.
During this 24-month role, there will also be opportunities to contribute to work across City Bridge Foundation’s Programme and Partnerships Team, sharing learning from Propel to inform City Bridge Foundation’s funding programmes and practice across our justice areas of Access to Justice, Climate and Environmental Justice, Racial Justice and Economic Justice.
In addition to your primary focus on Propel, you will also be assigned a secondary justice area, contributing to grant assessment, management, and learning within City Bridge Foundation’s wider funding portfolio.
