You will work closely with charities, community organisations, local partners and stakeholders to support community-led change. Building strong local relationships, you'll help organisations grow stronger, connect people and resources, and identify opportunities that lead to meaningful outcomes for communities.
You'll manage a portfolio of funded organisations, broker partnerships, gather local insight and ensure community voices help shape programmes and investment. Acting as a trusted representative of the Foundation, you'll bring people together across sectors, unlock opportunities for collaboration and help ensure our funding delivers real and lasting impact.
About You
Lloyds Bank Foundation is looking for a relationship-builder who is passionate about communities and committed to creating positive social change. You will have experience working alongside communities, charities or community-focused organisations, helping them build confidence, capability and long-term resilience.
You'll be skilled at building partnerships, bringing people together and influencing a wide range of stakeholders. Comfortable working independently, you'll be proactive, organised and able to navigate complex environments with confidence and sound judgement.
