About the role
Our Grants Officers play a significant role in helping to manage projects and people. You will be integral to the delivery of a range of projects often responsible to a Senior Grants Officer:
- Managing your workload daily to support the delivery of grant programmes including eligibility checks, assessments, monitoring returns, outcome communication and servicing clients with programme updates. We use online grantmaking systems including Blackbaud Grantmaking and Fluent Flexi-Grant™
- Managing day to day interactions with clients, their grantees and guiding potential applicants with their enquiries. This will include telephone, emails, and teams/zooms calls
- Working collaboratively with the team to meet client deadlines
- Bringing your skills and expertise to programmes to support existing programme learning and reflection, and recommendations to the design of new programmes
- Producing high quality customer service with your team through communication, and recommendations. These include infographics, dashboards and recommendation portfolios.
- Undertaking site visits both virtually and face-to-face, client meetings as required and payment recommendations for authorisation.
