Collaboration Circle brings funders and civil society together to pool resources, share power and make decisions. It is being overseen by a Board of Directors drawn in equal number from the funding community and civil society organisations focused on equity and justice.
Joining the Board is an opportunity to help guide Collaboration Circle through its next phase of growth.
These are voluntary, unpaid positions.
Directors will:
- provide strategic direction and oversight
- help decide which collaborative funds Collaboration Circle will support
- contribute to the development of new funding partnerships and approaches
- help ensure its governance and operating model remains effective as it grows
- share learning that can contribute to wider change across the funding system
The Board currently meets every quarter for three hours, alternating between online meetings and meetings in central London. There is also one annual away day.
