About the role
Brent Giving is a new organisation in the London Giving movement, which has received seed funding from a number of organisations across Brent, who have formed a steering group- this includes the Football Association, Quintain, The Young Brent Foundation and more. As a new organisation it will be fiscally hosted in The Social Change Nest, which will also be running payroll.
We are looking for a Director of Brent Giving to establish it, recruit additional support staff, expand the network of supporting organisations in Brent and raise funds which will, in year two, allow a transition to a stand alone Brent Giving organisation. Brent Giving will become a crucial catalyst for tackling poverty and inequality in Brent through new forms of place based giving and participatory approaches.
