- Salary: £30,400 per annum (£38,000 FTE)
- Hours: 30 hrs per week (based on FTE at 37.5 hrs a week)

It’s mission is to tackle local inequality by building powerful connections between businesses, residents, and grassroots community projects. The Programme and Community Manager will lead community engagement and programme delivery for Brent Giving, supporting resident participation, strengthening local relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of participatory grantmaking activities. The role will play a key part in building trust, increasing community involvement, and supporting grassroots organisations across Brent.
