Chaired by London Funders members Homeless Link and Commonweal Housing, the London Funders Housing and Homelessness Network will meet online on Tuesday 18 November.
We’ll be joined by the Institute for Government who’ll share key findings from their Homelessness Performance Tracker, giving us an overview of the latest data trends across the country and in London, and how funders can use this data to inform their strategic priorities and inform other interventions and support of the sector.
We’ll also hear from Centre for Homelessness Impact about their recent evidence note on Support for Families Living in Temporary Accommodation, including the health impacts of temporary accommodation from poor conditions, length of stay, long-distance placements, and the experiences of those with disabilities and mental health issues in TA.
Finally, Homeless Link will present to the Network their initial research findings from their Unhealthy State of Homelessness report.
As always, there’ll be time in the meeting to share insights about emerging opportunities and challenges within the housing and homelessness sector; share updates about our work; and think about how we can continue to use this network as an effective space for learning, troubleshooting, and collaboration.
If you are interested in feeding into future meetings, please email our Membership Manager, Nasyah, on nasyah.bandoh@londonfunders.org.uk.
The Network is open to any London Funders member interested in or actively funding work related to housing and homelessness.
