Chaired by Nezahat Cihan, CEO of London Legal Support Trust, the London Funders Advice Network will meet online on Wednesday 5 November as we explore how we can work together to effectively support London's advice sector, through improving access to services, enhancing funding opportunities, and increasing the sector's resilience.
We’ll be joined by the Greater London Authority who’ll present about the Family Resilience Partnership, and how programmes to improve access to advice align with the Mayor’s current priorities.
We’ll also hear from Access to Justice Foundation and the Centre for Socio-Legal Studies about initial findings from their research on Additional Funding Models for the advice sector.
London Legal Support Trust will also share an update about the Pay and Conditions report as part of the Advice Workforce Development Fund, and give an overview of plans for stage two of the fund.
As always, there’ll be time after the presentations for questions, and space in the meeting for members to share updates. Join us for a morning of learning, sharing, and reflection.
If you are interested in feeding into this meeting or future meetings, please email our Membership Manager, Nasyah, on nasyah.bandoh@londonfunders.org.uk.
The Network is open to any London Funders member interested in or actively funding work related to advice.
