She has worked in charities since the early 1990s and in homelessness since 2003. As well as The Connection, she was the Deputy CEO at Edinburgh Cyrenians and the CEO at Providence Row in London. Pam has developed and delivered a wide range of services to support people experiencing homelessness, including residential care, access to employment, recovery from addiction and family mediation. More recently she has led The Connection’s response to rising long term rough sleeping in central London, helping people who face severe and multiple disadvantage to move away from the streets for good.
Pam has also delivered personal development programmes for young people at the YMCA in Scotland and worked in a Volunteer Center on employer supported volunteering schemes. She is a keen amateur musician, environmental volunteer and crafter.
