The aim of the audit is to:
- Create a clear picture of London’s funding environment: this is currently the only audit that captures cross-sector funding trends and themes over time in London.
- Facilitate strong and trusted connections: identifying where members’ interests overlap so we can continue building a movement of funders based on shared values and ambitions.
- Create collaborative programmes and opportunities for learning: the findings from the audit help us create a tailored programme of learning, events and collaborations
- Amplify the voice of London’s funding community: audit data help us inform and influence funding and policy environments, leading to better decision-making and action.
- Identify ‘hot and cold’ funding spots in London: building on our previous work with members to take action on what matters to our city and our communities.
Completed by 47% (82) of members, this year's audit was largely representative of our cross-sector membership, demonstrating the diversity of our network and the different ways London’s civil society is supported.
You can check the full findings of the audit below and read reflections from our membership manager, Nasyah Bandoh about what the findings mean for funding in London here.
