The role of Social Investment Project Manager offers the opportunity for someone with vision for both the voluntary sector and for social investment to make a real impact. Working collaboratively in a small team the successful candidate will capture learning from Homeless Link's Social Investment Fund so far and share it with the wider homelessness sector, they will develop relationships with social investors to help support applications from the sector, plan and facilitate learning events and develop materials to share examples, they will also commission and manage an evaluation of the Homeless Link Social Investment Fund
The ideal candidate will combine a genuine enthusiasm for helping the homelessness sector grow and develop through accessing alternative funding, and an aptitude for capturing and sharing learning. You’ll have a high level of expertise in social investment with at least 3-years experience in the field or transferable skills in charity finance. You’ll also have a nuanced understanding of the challenges the charity sector faces, ideally through work within the homelessness sector.
