About the role
The Senior Programme Manager role will work with the Head of Sector Support and Grants and the CEO to oversee the development and delivery of our exciting partnership with other funders and advice sector organizations to support the advice sector. The role will coordinate and run steering and advisory groups, ‘task and finish’ groups, manage further research if needed, and help with monitoring and evaluating the project and funded projects under this programme.
Summary of Main Duties
- Organise and run steering, ‘task and finish’ and advisory group meetings and ensure information flows effectively between these groups.
- Working with the Head of Sector Support and Grants, CEO, the communications manager, the Propel partners and advice sector representatives to help devise and implement a communications plan for the project, which clearly manages all communications between the partners.
- Working with the Head of Sector Support and Grants and Communications Manager, produce high quality and compelling visual representation of data collected regularly from the project partners, including lessons learned, to share internally and externally, including the funders.
- Working closely with the Head of Sector Support and Grants, the CEO and the learning partners, develop and regularly review a project plan with partners involved.
- Effectively support, organise and facilitate planning and delivery of networking activities including seminars and conferences as required.
- Work with the Head of Support and Grants and the CEO, and partners to identify good practice emerging from the partnership work and disseminate these through seminars and conferences as required.
