About the role
The Senior Programme Coordinator plays a crucial role in the delivery of Big Local and supporting partnerships to achieve their ambitions. It will involve building relationships with the people, partnerships and organisations we fund, while maintaining appropriate systems and processes to ensure the smooth running of our funding programmes, including use of bespoke grant management systems.
You will be responsible for assessing proposals and reviewing plans, or advising on a difficult issue, or implementing strategies to tackle financial risks. There will be plenty of opportunity to make a great contribution to Local Trust and Big Local. You will have the responsibility to develop contacts and maintain communication with grantees and other key stakeholders, and to provide appropriate high-quality support and guidance in line with the ethos and approach of Local Trust as a funder.
