Salesforce Development Manager - Trust for London

Salary: £57,418 per annum (pro-rata for part time)

Contract: 18-month fixed-term contract. Full time (35 hours), part-time (at least 3 days (21 hours per week) and secondments will be considered

Deadline: Monday 12 August

About the role

London is a deeply unequal place. We want to see a fairer city where everyone has the chance to thrive, no matter who they are. To achieve this, we fund hundreds of organisations fighting for economic and social justice across the city.

We believe that long term social change happens through sustained efforts of diverse organisations working together on a common agenda. We seek to centre lived experience in our work but recognise that change needs people with a broad range of experiences to work side by side.

The purpose of the role is to lead on the development, enhancement and maintenance of all Salesforce processes to improve the functionality of the database and user experience.

You’ll support and train the grants and social investment teams to build their skills, knowledge and confidence in using Salesforce. You’ll respond to and resolve technical queries internally as well as externally from applicants and funded partners. You’ll help us ensure that data is updated regularly and consistently, and prepare reports in response to data requests.

The salesforce development manager will work alongside the grants, social investment, admin and finance teams. You will report directly to the director of grants.

How to apply

To apply, please send your CV and a cover letter (max two pages) to vacancies@trustforlondon.org.uk. Please use ‘Salesforce development manager’ as the subject line of your email.
