Programmes Associate - Beyond Sport

Salary:            £25,000 - £27,500

Contract:        Permanent

About the role 

Beyond Sport’s Programmes Executive will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day delivery and reporting of our global programmes. The Programmes Executive will work alongside Beyond Sport’s Programmes teams in London, UK and New York, USA. You will work closely with colleagues in the grants and programmes team on the delivery of a number of new initiatives.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a truly global organisation that is in a period of growth and diversification. The selected candidate will collaborate with the wider Beyond Sport teams largely based in the US and the UK.

Reporting into the Senior Grants and Programmes Manager (London, UK) the Programmes Executive will be heavily involved in ensuring the ongoing success of Beyond Sport’s global programmes.

Your duties:

​Partner Communications

  • Network communications - you will be first point of contact for Beyond Sport programmes. This vital external facing responsibility will involve handling general enquiries and communicating with our global network when we have funding or capacity building opportunities to share.
  • Programme specific communications - you will reply to day-to-day questions from programme grantees where appropriate. As well as communicating with applicants to our programmes while we have open request for proposals.

Monitoring and Evaluation

  • Reporting - supporting with programme reporting through building surveys, monitoring responses, and supporting analysis of our impact.
  • Theory of Change tracking- oversee the key performance indicators of the programmes as they ladder up to the Beyond Sport Theory of Change.
  • Impact Report support - you will pull together content from programme monitoring for impact reports. Support data collection, collation, and analysis for the Grants and Programmes managers as they compile reports for clients.
  • Ensure the inclusion of Beyond Sport’s monitoring and evaluation metrics in programme -specific data collection and reporting. 

Grant Applications

  • Application Assessment - when we have open request for proposals you will support the assessment of grantee applications and manage the application scoring database.
  • Due diligence - you will help the programmes team with our due diligence process including desktop research and reviewing documents.
  • Grant contracts - using our template agreements to populate grant approval forms and contracts with programme specific information, including the management of Adobe Sign for contracts.

CRM Management

  • Managing CRM - continuous management and updating of the CRM in real time to ensure programme data is accurate and usable. Including adding and editing accounts and contacts daily as network and grantees communicate.
  • Creating CRM Reports- you will have an in-depth knowledge of our CRM and be able to create and share filtered reports on our network based on system fields.


Marketing and Communications

  • Collaborate with the Communications team to source and provide information on partner and beneficiary activities, impact, and stories for use in storytelling content creation.
     

Research and Development

  • Research and identify trends, challenges and opportunities for programmes growth including surveying the network and grantees to inform programme design.
  • Collaborate with the Development team on research requests from donors and prospects as needed.


Event Support

  • Provide administrative and operational support for Beyond Sport events including smaller meetings and larger scale conferences as directed by the Events Executive.
  • Assist with on the day event set up, registration and logistics for Beyond Sport events as required.
