Programme Portfolio Manager - I.G. Advisors

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 plus bonus and commission scheme

Contract: Permanent, full-time

Deadline: 16th June

About the role

I.G. Advisors (I.G.) is an award-winning strategy consultancy specialising in social and environmental change. Our mission is to build the capacity of non profits, businesses and philanthropists to achieve impact and growth — from grassroots organisations through to those seeking large-scale, systemic change. Our collective intelligence, unparalleled cross-sector network and hands-on team expertise makes us the advisor, partner and employer of choice for those who care about doing good. We’re based in London, but have a global team, and work with clients on every continent.

This new position will play a central role in the delivery of I.G.’s growing portfolio of programmes, including #FixTheFlow Fellowship, Impact + Grow Leadership Lab, and Enriched.

It will be a varied role and will require someone to lead project teams in the design, delivery and development of our learning and community programmes, while also playing a key role in the development of I.G. as a whole, working with our team of exceptional consultants to create social and environmental change, as a collective. The role will also share responsibility with I.G.’s SMT for sustaining and growing the portfolio of programmes through partnership development, sales and marketing activities, and with it I.G.’s profile, network, and overall income.

The salary range for this role is £30,000 - £40,000 (+ bonus and commission scheme), based on experience, and the value you could bring to the organisation. This role has significant potential for progression through high performance, and we welcome applicants with high potential as well as those with lots of experience.
