About the role
Main duties and responsibilities:
Day-to-day grant activities
- Process and make Vicar's Relief Fund (VRF) grant payments - using online banking
- Routine set up of data systems used by the VRF Grants Coordinators to process grant applications and evidence
- Processing grants which have been returned using our grant management software (Flexigrant)
- Monitoring grant spend
Day-to-day programme delivery support
- Manage internal and external meeting arrangements including scheduling, room booking, minute taking and preparing briefing materials where necessary
- Provide a first point of contact for the Frontline Network and VRF inboxes, triaging queries where appropriate
- Processing new user registrations for both the Frontline Network and VRF
- Exporting data ready for analysis and writing brief summaries where appropriate
- Processing invoices and payments
- Providing support with event set up and delivery including additional technical support where needed
- Providing initial processing of applications to the Training Fund
Other activities
- Manage the programme side of the story collection process - providing examples of how our grants have made a difference for people
- Collating information from the programme teams to feed into regular reporting
- Working across the programme teams to identify systems and processes which make the delivery of our work more efficient
