About the role
We are seeking to recruit an experienced local independent facilitator to work with the Foundation to facilitate a peer forum for a group of up to 15 new-in-post charity leaders in South-West England. This facilitator will be independent of the Foundation and will work with this local group of Foundation charity partners to enable peer learning and support.
The role description (link below) covers the core responsibilities of the facilitator, but is intended to be non-prescriptive. We recognise that there is no single methodology for supporting peer learning and we acknowledge the format and focus will vary based on the groups’ needs and direction. We are looking for a facilitator whose approach empowers and enables the group to support one another, sharing skills and experiences as peers and taking a coaching approach to finding solutions.
