About the role
During emergency appeals you'll be the driving force behind ensuring that those affected by a UK disaster receive vital, timely support thanks to funds raised. You’ll apply a survivor-lens to the way funds are shared out to those affected, as well as to a range of partners that can support them.
Between appeals, you’ll work closely with survivors of past emergencies to understand and address historic gaps in support, and what best practice looks like. You’ll propose plans for how the Trust can deliver the best possible response during future disasters. You’ll collaborate with our diverse partners, and growing networks, to make change happen, applying their lived experience to improve outcomes for future survivors - from changing laws to advocating for enhanced support.
