We are looking for a hard-working Operations Manager who is dedicated to our mission as we are.
You will work closely with the new CEO to ensure YCF runs smoothly. In practice this will mean ensuring our grants programme runs smoothly and effectively and on time, reports are completed to a high standard, the right level of data and information is gathered for excellent reporting, records are kept, deadlines are kept and YCF collectively has what it needs to operate smoothly.
You will work closely with the CEO to design high-quality grants processes, liaise with our key stakeholders and our members, lead high-quality reporting, organising fundraising opportunities and events and support the team with corporate engagement. You will also work in a small team, and strong interpersonal relationships and excellent communication and a friendly manner will be integral to success in this role.
