About the role
The Masonic Charitable Foundation is seeking an experienced Monitoring and Evaluation Officer to join the Impact & Evaluation Team. The post holder will support the delivery of monitoring and evaluation activity for all grantmaking and support programmes provided by the Masonic Charitable Foundation (MCF) and wider analysis of operational activity in other departments.
This is a great opportunity for an ambitious individual to work closely with the Impact & Evaluation Manager to monitor and evaluate a broad range of support areas via individual and organisational grants, based on research and best practice from the sector regarding measuring impact of grants and services on individuals, families, charities and their beneficiaries.
We are seeking an individual who will bring their own ideas, past experiences and new ways of working to the role. The successful candidate will be ensure useful data is collected and analysed, using qualitative and quantitative skills, and reported accurately to contribute to MCF’s understanding and measurement of strategic aims and organisational development.
