About the role
We need someone to join us as our Membership Manager to provide high quality support to our cross-sector network of members, grow and develop our funder networks, and enhance our reach within London’s funding community. We need someone who is a natural collaborator, who thrives on engaging with people, and who can work together with our members to help us achieve the change that’s needed for Londoners.
This role is crucial in ensuring that we deliver on our ambition to be an active movement of members based on strong and trusted connections. This is a new role which reflects our growing membership and our commitment to ensuring our work is relevant and responsive to our diverse member base. We need someone who is proactive, an excellent communicator, and who understands how to bring people together to get things done. As this is a newly developed post, we also need someone who can work flexibly and help shape the role so that it has a long term impact on the way London Funders works.
Our ideal candidate would be someone who has experience of stakeholder management or building relationships in a range of contexts. You’ll be well organised, and able to use your insights and strong communication skills to build networks around a common goal and work collaboratively with others to achieve change. We’re looking for someone who thrives working as part of a small team as well as working independently, who will suggest solutions to challenges and use their initiative. Someone who wants to help build a better London by taking action on what matters to our city and our communities
