About the role
NPC is a think tank and consultancy with a purpose. We believe in the power of a growing impact sector to deliver the systems change we need to achieve lasting, positive impact in our communities. For over 20 years NPC has played a crucial role at the heart of the impact sector. We work to support and strengthen the impact sector. We do this through convening and influencing, consultancy, collaborative projects for change, and sharing our learning as we go.
We are looking for a talented and creative Marketing Manager to shape the stories in our projects. Examples of the types of projects we are currently working on include: Measuring the impact sector to present why this sector is important, how big it is, who the key or innovative players are, and importantly, where are the entry points; Everyone’s Environment, working with over 80 social and environmental charities to empower people from the UK’s diverse social groups to have a say on how we confront the climate and nature crises; and Children and Young People’s Mental Health, a programme to map mental health support systems to identify gaps and suggest ways that the impact sector can fill them.
The attributes we are looking for include:
- Strong skills in creative and engaging storytelling.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- An understanding of NPC’s mission and a passion for and commitment to working in the impact sector.
