- Salary: £29,742 per annum 37.5 hours a week (full-time)

- Location: Remote. Regular UK travel and attendance at meetings will be required, including typically 2 - 4 days a month in London.

This role involves supporting customer relationships, coordinating online meetings, and identifying opportunities to enhance customer service and resources that support our stakeholders to be self-servicing, whenever possible. This role assists with publisher and partnership engagement, including supporting recruitment, retention and data quality campaigns, and the smooth delivery of online and in-person training and events. In addition, the role is responsible for maintaining and updating the CRM database, internal documentation, and email templates to ensure smooth Helpdesk operations and accurate monitoring and reporting.
This is a hands-on and customer-facing role, responsible for assisting with the day-to-day delivery of 360Giving’s Helpdesk function, providing first-line support to queries received by email and telephone, and providing coordination support to colleagues providing online 1-1s or presenting workshops and events.
