About the role
This is new role is a member of St Martin-in-the-Fields Charity’s Senior Management Team (SMT), reporting to the Director. Responsible for ensuring the operational wellbeing of St Martin’s Charity, the Head of Operations will lead on HR functions, ensuring St Martin’s Charity has the skills and knowledge required to achieve its goals and that the policies and practices adopted are executed to a high standard. The role will be the organisational lead on other areas of operations including data protection, equity, diversity and inclusion, and IT. The Head of Operations will also oversee the financial management of the Charity – managed through a newly created Finance Officer role (yet to be recruited).
