About the role
This is a key new role for our organisation. Head of Operations will be responsible for ensuring that the core operations, finance and HR functions of the organisation are robust, integrate our values and meet the needs of our strategic objectives.
Summary of Main Duties
- Maintain a cross-organisational focus while delivering operational support, governance and compliance.
- Lead LLST’s HR function to ensure a positive and high-quality employee experience through recruitment, employment and after exit.
- Increase the effectiveness and efficiency of our operations
- Oversee the effective financial management of the organisation
- Cultivate an inspiring and supportive workplace culture and model a fair and open management approach that ensures trusted relationships are embedded
- Oversee and develop all stages of the staff process, from job design and recruitment to performance management, coaching, development and leaving processes
