Head of Income Generation - New Philanthropy Capital

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000

Contract: Hybrid

Deadline: 10am, Monday 10 February 2025

About the role

NPC (New Philanthropy Capital) is an established charity with a record of delivering systems change across the social sector. We are seeking a commercial thinker to become our Head of Income Generation and manage NPC’s strategy, development and delivery of new income. Our income includes consulting sales, events, grants, and philanthropy. The successful applicant will join our leadership team and will work with people across the whole organisation.

This is a new role for NPC, and we encourage people to apply from a range of commercial experiences. You have probably worked in new business development, sales and/or a fundraising environment, and you will definitely be passionate about making a difference.

The breadth of work and topics, autonomy, intellectual stimulation and supportive culture makes this a special role. But we understand nobody has everything in the job description. What’s more important to us is a real enthusiasm for the job, and we are committed to supporting and developing you through informal and formal learning and training.

We particularly welcome applications from working class and ethnic minority candidates, groups currently underrepresented in our workforce.  We are open to applications from applicants looking to work compressed hours.

How to apply

You can apply by sending:

  • a cover letter of no more than 2 sides of A4 that highlights the attributes that you believe that you would bring to this role
  • your CV
  • a completed equal opportunities form

to recruitment@thinkNPC.org before the deadline of 10am Monday 10 February 2025 quoting Reference HI:01 in the subject line.
