About the role
This is an exciting time at Camden Giving as our Community Knowledge work continues to grow and we undertake multiple game-changing projects over the next year. We’re looking for someone with expectational Line Management and stakeholder management skills to join our team.
A key part of the this role is working with citizens to gather community-insight and then working with stakeholders from business, local government, statutory services and civil society to bring about change.
The role is varied, but includes:
- Leading on a Racial Justice strategy with partners that has come from the Community Assembly we held in September 2024. The successful candidate will focus on bringing the recommendations to action.
- Leading on a community health research project in partnership with Public Health and Camden Council.
- Supporting engagement of our Alumni network, including their engagement in 4 voting opportunities a year.
- Sense-making insights from our grantees, community panellists and Alumni network.
Please note this role will require an Enhanced DBS Check. We are ideally looking for candidates who can start working with us from early May and we anticipate this being a 14 month contract.
We are open to applications from candidates who would like to work a 4 day week or equivalent.
