About the role
To provide administrative and logistical support to the Grants & Impact Team and be a first point of contact for grant applicants. To support the smooth running and efficiency of LCF’s grant-making operations.
- To provide logistical support to the coordination of team meetings, grants panels and committee meetings, including taking minutes and keeping an accurate record of actions, decisions, and budgets
- To act as the first point of contact for all grant enquiries, providing advice, guidance, and support
- To stay up to date with LCF’s grant programmes by working closely with Grants & Impact Team leads
- To carry out initial eligibility checks on applications in accordance with LCF’s eligibility guidelines.
- To manage incoming applications and their supporting information.
- To manage the uploading of grant applications to LCF’s CRM system in a timely manner to meet Grants & Impact Team leads deadlines.
- To lead on maintaining grantee and applicant data on LCF’s CRM system, including logging any communications and interactions
- To support Grants & Impact Team leads to inform applicants of the outcome of their grant application
- To support the payment of successful grantees
- To work with the Communications Team to ensure maximum use of social media and online communication for relevant grant programmes
- To provide administrative support to the Grants & Impact Leadership Team, and on programmes for Grants & Impact Team Leads
- Any other tasks which are commensurate with the role which may be required from time to time. This might include occasional events outside of regular working hours.
