About the role
London is a deeply unequal place. We want to see a fairer city where everyone has the chance to thrive, no matter who they are. To achieve this, we fund hundreds of organisations fighting for economic and social justice across the city.
We believe that long term social change happens through sustained efforts of diverse organisations working together on a common agenda. We seek to centre lived experience in our work but recognise that change needs people with a broad range of experiences to work side by side.
The purpose of the role is to lead the Trust’s work on strengthening the social security system so it better meets the needs of Londoners.
You’ll support applicants and manage grants to our funded partners. You’ll be responsible for helping us learn from the work we fund, and proactively find opportunities to further our goals in this area.
The grants manager is a member of the Economic Justice team, but works closely with colleagues across the whole organisation. They report directly to the Director of Grants – Economic Justice.
