About the role
This role will be responsible for overseeing RPLC’s grant-making process working alongside the Education Grants Manager and reporting directly into the CEO. Responsibilities include:
- Management of a diverse portfolio of existing grants including core funded organisations, developing relationships with delivery organisations.
- Management of new grants applications, assessing documentation and recommending grantees to the Grants Committee through the preparation of reports
- Monitoring and Evaluation of grants delivery, recording information on SalesForce and producing impact reports.
- Budget management – setting up payments, forecasting of budget and making allocations.
- Communications – writing case studies for reports and to be shared on social media channels.
- Contribution to the strategic direction of the charity through identification of needs, research and consultation.
- Partnership development with local charities and strategic partners.
