About the role
The Jack Petchey Foundation is seeking an Executive Assistant to support our CEO and work closely with our Director of Programmes & Partnerships and Board of Trustees
We are seeking an efficient, solutions-oriented and highly organised person with a flair for quality administration and communication. You will have prior experience of providing excellent administrative support, a track record of stakeholder management and engagement and will possess excellent secretarial, digital and communication skills. You will have a keen eye for detail, excellent judgement, and a desire to troubleshoot and find solutions to situations as they arise.
This is an exciting time to join the Jack Petchey Foundation as we grow our work to support young people across London and Essex. You will have an opportunity to use and develop your administrative and project management skills in a dynamic, friendly, positive and fast-moving executive team that is committed to maximising our impact on young people.
