Events Administrator - Jack Petchey Foundation

Salary: £27,043 - £30,420 (pro rata)

Contract: Part-time, term-time only

Deadline: 12pm, 2 September

About the role

The Jack Petchey Foundation is a dynamic Foundation, set up in 1999 by Sir Jack Petchey CBE to inspire and motivate young people and recognise them for their achievements. To date, the Foundation has invested over £170 million in young people across London and Essex. This is an exciting time to join our team, as we are about to embark on a new three year strategy and work to ensure that young people across London and Essex are recognised for their achievements and supported to be the best that they can be.

The Jack Petchey Foundation is looking for an administrator with a positive outlook and exceptional organisational skills to join our Events Team.

You will be working from our office term-time only, on a part-time basis during the busiest events periods, supporting our friendly team to put on up to 90 events each year. These are events for young people to receive their Jack Petchey Awards in prestigious venues across London and Essex in front of their family, friends and local VIPs.

We’re happy to discuss your preferred work pattern, but anticipate this role will be for 20 hours per week, worked across 5 days. This role will be particularly suited to someone looking for flexible work in a dynamic, high achieving charity that makes a real different to tens of thousands of young people’s lives each year!

How to apply

To apply, please download this recruitment pack, complete the application form and return the form to Nadia Jones at recruitment@jackpetchey.org.uk by 12pm. Monday 2nd September 2024. Please also complete the diversity monitoring form that can be found in the pack.
