About the role
Digital communications
- Take a strategic approach to the planning and implementation of the Foundation’s communications strategy across all digital channels. Plan and manage content and developments across all digital channels including website, Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Coordinate and manage the content and distribution of our monthly newsletter and work with the communications team to deliver our weekly internal newsletter.
- Make best use of analytic tools to report on digital performance and make recommendations to improve the Foundation’s response and engagement online.
Website management
- Day-to-day lead on the improvement of the Foundation’s website, including working with the external agency, internal stakeholders and Head of Communications to ensure the website effectively services the Foundation as a grant-making portal and communication tool for all aspects of our work.
- Delivering on a large website migration project from planning, day to day management, coordinating and communicating with stakeholders and ensuring disruption is kept to a minimum.
Working with others
- Work with colleagues across the communications team and the wider Foundation to plan and co-manage multi-channel campaigns.
- With the other communications officers, ensure all administrative requirements of the communications team are managed and delivered.
- Liaise with key external stakeholders and contacts including charities funded by the Foundation, the staff of Lloyds Banking Group and external suppliers. 9 Keep up to date on relevant issues/policies affecting the Foundation and its work.
