About the role
We are seeking a highly-organised and proactive Data and Administration Officer to support the Funding Team in this exciting time for The London Marathon Charitable Trust, as we begin to deliver a new funding strategy to inspire, champion and encourage participation and diversity in physical activity.
This role is at the heart of the Funding Team and responsible for a wide range of varied tasks to ensure the smooth running of all aspects of The Trust’s funding. You will have experience in providing excellent administrative support, understanding and appreciating the important positive impact that efficient systems and planning have.
A creative problem solver with an interest in effectively using data, you will be responsible for managing and improving the use of our funding database (Blackbaud Grantmaking), and support the team with collecting data to understand the impact of The Trust’s funding.
You will be the first point of contact for the Funding Team, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable liaising with a range of internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
You will demonstrate a commitment to the London Marathon group’s values, as well as a deep and genuine commitment to improving society and the lives of the most disadvantaged people in communities in London and beyond.
