One point that stuck with us from our annual Festival of Learning was how, in the words of one attendee, “the most powerful learning comes from those in similar situations”. Inspired by this insight, we wanted to host a more informal learning session for those working on systems change initiatives. We know this work can sometimes feel slow, complicated and messy – learning with and from others also working towards deep, structural change can offer new perspectives and ideas for how to move forward forward.
Whether you’ve just started on your systems change journey or have been doing this type of work for a while, this is an informal space to connect with peers through a range of small roundtable conversations and learn from each other's experiences about the highs and lows of supporting and working towards systemic change.
During the session, we will be exploring:
- Where are you on the systems change journey? What are some of the key things that are front of mind for you?
- What are you learning that you didn’t expect?
- What approaches have you found most helpful in driving your systems change work, or what are you thinking of trying?
If there are particular topics or questions you’d like us to explore during the session, you can share them through the registration link above.
