As a valued member of our network, we’d like to invite you to a networking meeting with other funders working in the arts, heritage and culture sectors.
Following our first meeting in February, the London Funders Arts, Heritage and Culture Network will meet again in May to explore how funders can support and capacity build organisations.
We'll hear from fellow member – the London Borough of Waltham Forest - about their 'Make it Happen' grants programme. More specifically, Waltham Forest will share insights around how they train their community panel to assess applications, and the borough's approach to support local organisations with the skills needed to write strong grant applications either to themselves or to other arts, heritage, and culture funders,
There will also be time in the meeting for members to share updates about current priorities and projects; hear from local authority members about activities in their local areas; collectively horizon scan, troubleshoot and explore opportunities for collaboration. Please come prepared to share!
The final agenda is to be confirmed but to stay up to date, please register here.
If you would like to feed into this or future meetings, or have any access needs or questions, please reach out to our Membership Manager, Nasyah.
The Network is open to any London Funders member interested in or actively funding arts, heritage or culture.
Please note, this event is open exclusively to London Funders members. If you have any questions about our networks or would like to become a member, please email our Membership Manager Nasyah on nasyah.bandoh@londonfunders.org.uk.
