- Location: London
- Salary: Voluntary role with expenses reimbursed
- Hours: The Finance and Endowment Committee meets four times a year, usually 5.30pm – 7.30pm, and occasionally at other times as required. To prepare for each meeting, a pack of papers is emailed to committee members a week beforehand for reading.
- Contract: The new co-opted committee members are likely to be appointed for 1-2 years

Cloudesley is an Islington-based charitable trust. We provide grants of c. £1.8m each year to people, voluntary organisations and churches in Islington.
The new Committee Members will work as part of a team with Cloudesley Trustees. They will join our Finance and Endowment Committee which oversees the management of the charity’s investments, properties and budget, and other financial matters.
No previous committee or charity experience is needed. Training, support and expenses provided.
