Daniel joined the team in January 2025 having led sports for development organisations in Peru, before moving to the UK to complete an MA in Power, Participation and Social Change. Prior to this, Daniel was the CEO of Futbol Mas Peru, managing a diverse portfolio of community-based programmes focusing on the reduction of inequalities and children and young people's rights by using sports as a tool for positive impact. Daniel has also experience as a researcher in gender-related issues, and in the use of participatory methodologies.
