Yolande joined London Funders as a trustee in December 2017. She has been at London Councils since 2010. Prior to this, Yolande trained as a photographic technician, working with the film and music industries. Yolande then spent 10 years with the Employment Service, leading the development and implementation of partnership working and large-scale employment programmes, including New Deal. Yolande spent 10 years with the Learning and Skills Council and was part of the London regional team responsible for deploying over £1billion of funding to support education and training across capital.
