Children and Young People Network Meeting

31 Oct 2018
10am—12pm
314-340 Grays Inn Road, London, WC1X 8DP
The focus of the session was to answer the question  “How can funders engage with the digital skills gap and where is good practice happening in this area?”

Ben Gill from the Rocket Fund talked about why they have chosen to engage with funding technology for schools. In addition, James Dellow from Dragon Hall presented on the impetus behind setting up their innovation and technology hub. Both speakers reflected on what are the most important digital skills that young people should be being taught and the challenges in finding people with the level of skill and knowledge needed to teach young people those skills.
