London Funders hosted a one-off meeting on 'ageing well' in London and what is best practice for funding organisations working with older people.

Claire O'Shea (Campaign Manager, Campaign to End Loneliness) presented to members on the campaign's research base and provided data on the prevalence of loneliness of older people in London. In addition, Paul Goulden (Director, Age UK London) provided an overview of issues facing older people in the Capital, and explained more about the Age Friendly City network and their work with the Greater London Authority.
