This event will bring together practitioners, funders, policymakers, businesses and community leaders from across the UK to explore what this looks like in practice, sharing evidence, experience and insight from across the field. It is an opportunity to surface common ground across different approaches, while also deepening understanding of the unique role place-based giving can play within this wider movement.
At its heart, this convening focuses on place based giving, a distinctive and growing approach that brings together partners to invest in long-term, community-led change. As interest in community-led approaches continues to grow nationally, place based giving offers a relational model for how resources, decision-making and accountability can be anchored more deeply in communities and neighbourhoods.
