James Banks - Chief Executive
James joined London Funders in September 2017, after working and volunteering in London’s voluntary and community sector for over 15 years.  Immediately prior to joining the team, James was Chief Executive at Greater London Volunteering, the regional membership body for social action charities in the capital, and worked closely with London Funders and partners on The Way Ahead initiative, and also worked as a consultant across London’s civil society.  Previous roles have included Trustee or management roles in civil society support organisations in four London boroughs, as well as being Chief Executive at the Royal Courts of Justice Advice Bureau in central London.  James has been Chair of South West London Law Centres since 2009, and on the Trustee Board of his local Citizens Advice service since 2010, and continues to volunteer in his local community outside of work.

Geraldine Blake- Director of Collaboration
Geraldine joined London Funders in September 2016. Geraldine’s career has been in the charity sector, most recently as Chief Executive of Community Links, a social action charity working alongside local people to tackle inequality in east London and to share the learning nationally.  Prior to that, Geraldine founded and ran a social enterprise, GAP Research, which supported residents and service users to work with public agencies to design effective solutions to long standing problems.  Geraldine is a Trustee of the John Ellerman Foundation and a member of the London Communities Commission.

Geraldine Tovey  - Membership, Communications and Events Manager
Geraldine joined London Funders in November 2015, and has been working in the charity sector since graduating in 2012. Previous roles have entailed working for health and education charities, most recently working for City and Hackney Mind as a Single Point of Entry Officer.

Grace Perry - Executive Assistant and Office Manager
Grace joined London Funders in May 2019, having spent the previous year teaching English to elementary school children in South Korea. Prior to that Grace’s background has been working for independent charities. Most recently at the Royal Institution of Great Britain working in office and facilities management.
