Sally Dickinson

Sally Dickinson is Head of the Berkeley Foundation, the independent charity established by the Berkeley Group in 2011.  She joined the organisation as its first full-time employee in 2013, and as Project Co-ordinator established and managed a successful employment programme which supported more than 450 previously unemployed people into work.
She became Programme Manager for the Foundation in 2014, and took on a broader role developing the organisation’s portfolio of grants and charitable partnerships, now worth c.£2.5m a year.  She took on her current role as Head of the Foundation in October 2017.
Sally started her career in the voluntary sector and has previously worked for Oxfam and Volunteer Centre Southwark.  She has a degree in English Literature and Language from Oxford University.
