Ethical Property Foundation - survey results (presentation here)
In November last year the Ethical Property Foundation published the results of their latest Charity Property Matters survey, carried out in partnership with the Charity Commission. The survey is the only research in the UK which covers property issues facing the voluntary sector. At this meeting, the Foundation presented a summary of their findings from the survey and elaborated on some of the current key issues facing the sector. They also covered how funders can help prevent property problems arising for their grantees, which often affect how effectively they are able to deliver services, and even threaten their survival.

Community Assets in Difficult Ownership - an update (presentation here)

The Community Assets in Difficult Ownership (CADO) programme has been working with 10 demonstrator projects across England to help communities and councils tackle these challenging buildings. Jess provided an update on their individual progress and on lessons emerging for policy-makers and funders.
